This 3-month subscription period covers October - December 2026. This is a one-off payment to cover three letters (October, November and December)

FAQ

When will my letters arrive?

If you purchase a 3-month subscription your first letter will arrive at the start of October, your second letter at the start of November, and your final letter at the start of December.

What if a letter gets lost?

Post is sent via Royal Mail with a real postage stamp, and is untracked. I post it at the end of the previous month and you should receive it within 3 working days of sending. However, sometimes even snails get lost! If your letter hasn’t arrived at your house by the 15th of the month, just email me at victoriaharrison@gmail.com and I will either send you a new letter, if stocks allow, or refund you for the month. But first, please do double check that your name and address are correct at checkout. I’m afraid I can’t be responsible for lost post if you’ve entered incorrect address details.

Is shipping included?

It is! Your subscription includes free shipping.

Can I get a refund?

If you have an issue with a letter, email me within 14 days of receiving it and I’ll see what I can do to replace or refund it.

Are my letters sustainable and planet-friendly?

I’ve done all the research to make this club as sustainable as possible. Your letters are printed on bleach-free and recycled paper (which is why they have a lovely soft colour and texture). Your stickers are printed on uncoated paper rather than plastic (which gives them a lovely finish but makes peeling the backs off the stickers a bit tricky! Am looking into this…) Your postcards are printed sustainably in the UK on recycled paper, and your envelopes are FSC® certified. Phew, told you I’d done my research. As you can imagine, none of these options are the cheapest, so it costs me more to produce your letters this way, but looking after our forests and the planet are non-negotiable, so it was an easy choice. I also donate monthly to The Woodland Trust to protect our precious woodlands and trees.

Is this just available in the UK?

Yes. At the moment I can only ship to addresses in the UK.
